Brandon Fan

Mrs. Petrini,

Hi, it's Julie, a friend of Jon's. I was just looking through your blog and I couldn't help but see a Brandon Sanderson book. He is one of my favorite authors.

Do you know him?

-Julie

P.S. The 19th is also Koloss Head Munching Day (According to Brandon Sanderson)

Re: Brandon Fan

Hi, Julie! I was wondering why you asked me about Brandon Sanderson. The most recent book I read of his was The Emperor's Soul (cover art above). I loved it! I met him at a science fiction convention once, but I can't claim that I actually know him, in the sense that he would remember me.

Koloss Head Munching Day! Wow, I'll have to be sure to celebrate that one next year.

I'm sure I'll be seeing you the next time there's an orchestra event. And let us know if the ensemble is getting together to practice again. Jon doesn't check his e-mail as often as he should.
